When you travel, you don’t want to give up on your goals, right?

Clients often ask me:

  • “Hey, what brands should I buy?”

  • “How can I eat macro-friendly when I am traveling?”

  • “How can I eat healthily while I am traveling?”

Nutrition in general can feel overwhelming. We want to make it as easy as possible, so when you DO travel, making healthy and goal-based decisions is second nature. No grocery shopping headaches here!!

When I shop for food, I keep a few things in mind. I share them with you in this download!

When I travel, whether by plane or car, or when I camp, I STILL make sure to keep these things in mind. I don’t forego my goals in the name of travel.

I mean… You bet I will indulge and live my life and NOT track my food, but ensuring the fridge or my snack bag is full of foods like these makes me FEEL GOOD because I know I am still supporting my best self and the person I want to be.

To make things easier, I included some brands I trust (plus photos, because I don’t want you spending hours at the store playing ‘I Spy.’”

Remember: there are no bad foods… just foods that may not help you hit your goals as easily. Pick what tastes good, but keep these tips in mind.
